Naturatomy explains how nature works, one question at a time. Why do clouds float? What shape is a raindrop? What makes thunder boom? We turn those everyday questions into short animated videos and clear, well-researched guides.
What we do
Every article on this site is paired with one of our animated videos on YouTube. The video shows the process in under a minute, and the article explains it step by step, with the science behind each stage.
We organize our content by ecosystems and natural phenomena, starting with the water cycle, the sky and the weather, and moving on to oceans, rivers, savannas, rainforests and the creatures that live there.
How we research
We build each guide from trusted scientific sources such as NASA, NOAA, the USGS, national weather services and university research. We check numbers before we publish them and link to the original sources so you can dig deeper.
If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please write to us at hello@naturatomy.com. We review every correction.
Who it is for
Curious kids, parents, teachers and anyone who ever looked at the sky and wondered why. We keep the language simple without leaving out the real science.
